Firstly, 35 of them are flats.
These are made up of 19 one bedroom flats. 15 2 bedroom flats & 1 three bedroom flat.
Secondly, 46 are terraced houses.
These are made up 12 two bedroom terraced houses. 24 three bedroom terraced houses. 8 four bedroom terraced houses. 1 five bedroom terraced house & 1 six+ bedroom terraced house.
Thirdly, 26 are semi detached houses.
These are made up of 3 two bedroom semi detached houses. 16 three bedroom semi detached houses. 6 four bedroom semi detached houses and 1 five bedroom house.
Finally, 41 are detached houses.
These are made up of 1 two bedroom detached house. 8 three bedroom detached houses. 26 four bedroom detached houses. 15 five bedroom detached houses and 1 six+ bedroom detached house.

Selling times
CM19 property market update August 2026
The average selling time for CM17 property is currently standing at 88 days.
The selling times in CM17 have really started to improve over the last couple of months. We can look deeper at how this figures are made up.
Firstly, flats are taking on average 123 days to sell.
Secondly, terraced property is taking on average 63 days to sell.
Thirdly, semi detached property is taking on average 28 days to sell.
Finally, Detached property is taking on average 138 days to sell.
Remarkably, all selling times in CM19 stays exactly the same this month. Firstly, that in itself is very unusual, but considering the time of year, we can take that as a plus. Secondly, the summer holidays usually see a slowing down of most property stats. Let’s see what happens next month. Finally, it’s not a drop and so we will take that as a positive.
