The selling times in CM20 have really started to improve over the last couple of months. We can look deeper at how this figures are made up.
Firstly, flats are taking on average 94 days to sell.
Secondly, terraced property is taking on average 46 days to sell.
Thirdly, semi detached property is taking on average 31 days to sell.
Finally, Detached property is taking on average 121 days to sell.
Firstly, CM20 selling times have improved in the last month. Secondly, selling times decreased on three types of property.
