Currently there are 600 properties for sale in Harlow.

I have found that:

Firstly, 229 of them are flats.

There are 89 one bedroom flats. 127 2 bedroom flats & 16 three bedroom flats.

I have also found out that.

Secondly, 143 are terraced houses.

There are 3 one bedroom terraced houses. 51 two bedroom terraced houses. 59 three bedroom terraced houses. 26 four bedroom terraced houses. 2 five bedroom terraced house & 2 6 or more bedroom terraced houses.

Thirdly, 91 are semi detached houses.

There are 3 one bedroom semi detached house. 23 two bedroom semi detached houses. 37 three bedroom semi detached houses. 25 four bedroom semi detached houses. 8 five bedroom semi detached houses & 1 6+ semi detached house.

Finally, 137 are detached houses.

There are 2 one bedroom detached house. 9 two bedroom detached houses. 38 three bedroom detached houses. 58 four bedroom detached houses. 26 five bedroom detached houses and 4 6+ bedroom detached houses.

The average selling time for Harlow property is currently standing at 61 days.

The selling times in Harlow increased by 5 days this last month which given the time of year is little or no surprise.

Firstly, flats are taking on average 72 days to sell.

Secondly, terraced property is taking on average 49 days to sell.

Thirdly, semi detached property is taking on average 42 days to sell.

Finally, Detached property is taking on average 81 days to sell.
