Currently there are 657 properties for sale in Harlow.

I have found that:

Firstly, 231 of them are flats.

There are 90 one bedroom flats. 128 2 bedroom flats & 13 three bedroom flats.

I have also found out that.

Secondly, 165 are terraced houses.

There are 4 one bedroom terraced houses. 57 two bedroom terraced houses. 69 three bedroom terraced houses. 26 four bedroom terraced houses. 7 five bedroom terraced house & 2 6 or more bedroom terraced houses.

Thirdly, 93 are semi detached houses.

There are 19 two bedroom semi detached houses. 35 three bedroom semi detached houses. 28 four bedroom semi detached houses. 9 five bedroom semi detached houses & 2 6+ semi detached houses.

Finally, 168 are detached houses.

There is 1 one bedroom detached house. 12 two bedroom detached houses. 46 three bedroom detached houses. 63 four bedroom detached houses. 42 five bedroom detached houses and 4 6+ bedroom detached houses.

The average selling time for Harlow property is currently standing at 61 days.

The selling times in Harlow stayed the same last month which is actually encouraging given the economics of the country at the moment.

Firstly, flats are taking on average 78 days to sell.

Secondly, terraced property is taking on average 47 days to sell.

Thirdly, semi detached property is taking on average 15 days to sell.

Finally, Detached property is taking on average 104 days to sell.
