CM17 property market update August 2026
The average selling time for CM17 property is currently standing at 88 days.
The selling times in CM17 have really started to improve over the last couple of months. We can look deeper at how this figures are made up.
Firstly, flats are taking on average 123 days to sell.
Secondly, terraced property is taking on average 63 days to sell.
Thirdly, semi detached property is taking on average 28 days to sell.
Finally, Detached property is taking on average 138 days to sell.
Remarkably, all selling times in CM17 stays exactly the same this month. Firstly, that in itself is very unusual, but considering the time of year, we can take that as a plus. Secondly, the summer holidays usually see a slowing down of most property stats. Let’s see what happens next month. Finally, it’s not a drop and so we will take that as a positive.
