Thirdly, 57 are semi detached houses.
These are made up of 16 two bedroom semi detached houses. 23 three bedroom semi detached houses. 16 four bedroom semi detached houses and 2 five bedroom houses.
Finally, 76 are detached houses.
These are made up of 6 two bedroom detached houses. 22 three bedroom detached houses. 28 four bedroom detached houses. 12 five bedroom detached houses and 8 six bedroom detached houses.

The average selling time for CM17 property is currently standing at 88 days.

Basically, we have seen a two month fall in selling times after a four month rise in selling times.
