Harlow property market February 2025

The average property price in Harlow  is £332,000. The median price is £320,000. The average price increased by £4,900 (1%) over the last twelve months. The price of an established property is £332,000. The price of a newly built property is £315,000.

There were 771 property sales in the last 12 months and sales dropped by 30.5% (-360 transactions). Most properties were sold in the £300,000-£400,000 price range with 313 (40.6%) properties sold. It’s no surprise that St Albans is head and shoulders above Harlow when it comes to property prices. What is interesting is the closeness of Harlow to Stevenage and Basildon. All three towns are quite similar in their make up.
