Conclusion
The percentage of unsold property has risen to 55.67% which is a 3.12% increase from last month. This was NOT expected and whilst it may start to improve when I release next month’s figures, this stat is NOT good. 55.67% of properties are on the market for longer than they should be. Just let that sink in! It has to be down to over pricing! There is NO point, it’s a bad practise and needs to stop asap!
