Harlow property market June 2024

Jukes Estate Agents Harlow take a look at what’s happening in June 2024 with the property market.

Sales and marketing director Geoff Flewers says: “We love the system devised by The Advisory (https://www.theadvisory.co.uk/)”.

“The Advisory simply take the number of properties for sale and divide that number by how many properties sold”. “This gives you a percentage of property selling & they simply then call it a temperature”.

“They then show it on a thermometer and have a scale showing how hot or cold the market is”.

Let’s look at CM20:

CM20 is the hottest of all the Harlow postcodes.

June saw the temperature rise to 60°.
