Conclusion
We predicted a slowing of the property market in Harlow over the last month and whilst selling times only slowed by 1 day, the volume of property sold fell by a whopping 24.46% over the last month.
My gut feeling is that it will slow down even more during December and when the figures are released in January, it is going to be an interesting read.
