Conclusion
It has been a disappointment to see that the number of properties that have sold in Harlow over the last month has dropped again. When looking at interest rates, mortgage rates and inflation, the only conclusion I can come to is the ridiculous amount of properties that are coming to market for TOO MUCH MONEY! It is true that a lot of vendors think that their property is worth more than it probably is BUT it is their Estate Agents job to prove to them why it isn’t worth what they think it is. Unfortunately, all some agents are interested in is getting the listing.
