Unfortunately selling times have slowed down and we are now back at 85 days.
On the plus side, 462 Harlow properties sold in the last 90 days and that is an increase of 31 on the previous months figures.
Interestingly, there are 43 less properties for sale than this time last month and that seems to have been replicated throughout most of the country.
What is going to happen when we revisit these figures this time next month? Only time will tell but I believe they might show the market slowing a little more!
