Property sales blossom in spring
With the onset of spring comes a wave of renewal with blooming flowers, longer days, and a fresh burst of energy that extends to the property market.
When it comes to selling a home, February and March stand out as the best months to list. Two thirds of homes listed for sale in February and March since 2012 have gone on to complete a sale, the most out of any month.
February and January also have the fastest average time to find a buyer at 51 days, with March and April following closely at 52 days.

However, this is not always to case everywhere & Harlow as usual though is an area that consistently mirrors national trends”.
He continued: “Whilst sales fell in February 2024, it is the percentage of listed properties that go onto sell that makes February a great month to list”!
