Firstly, 22 of them are flats.
These are made up of 15 one bedroom flats and 7 2two bedroom flats.
Secondly, 38 are terraced houses.
These are made up of 14 two bedroom terraced houses. 17 three bedroom terraced houses. 7 four bedroom terraced houses.
Thirdly, 7 are semi detached houses.
These are made up of 1 three bedroom semi detached house. 1 four bedroom semi detached house. 3 five bedroom semi detached houses & 1 six+ bedroom semi detached house.
Finally, 12 are detached houses.
These are made up of 1 two bedroom detached house. 3 three bedroom detached houses. 3 four bedroom detached houses. 4 five bedroom detached houses & 1 six+ bedroom detached house.

Selling times
CM18 property market update August 2026.
The average selling time for CM18 property is currently standing at 63 days.
The selling times in Harlow have really started to improve over the last couple of months. We can look deeper at how this figures are made up.
Firstly, flats are taking on average 71 days to sell.
Secondly, terraced property is taking on average 63 days to sell.
Thirdly, semi detached property is taking on average 8 days to sell.
Finally, Detached property is taking on average 110 days to sell.
Remarkably, all selling times in CM17 stays exactly the same this month. Firstly, that in itself is very unusual, but considering the time of year, we can take that as a plus. Secondly, the summer holidays usually see a slowing down of most property stats. Let’s see what happens next month. Finally, it’s not a drop and so we will take that as a positive.
