Selling times
The average selling time for CM19 property is currently standing at 43 days.
The selling times in Harlow have really started to improve over the last couple of months. We can look deeper at how this figures are made up.

Secondly, terraced property is taking on average 39 days to sell.
Thirdly, semi detached property is taking on average 16 days to sell.
Finally, Detached property is taking on average 69 days to sell.
Basically, we have seen a two month fall in selling times after a four month rise in selling times.
