Thirdly, 9 are semi detached houses.
These are made up of 9 four bedroom semi detached houses.
Finally, 12 are detached houses.
These are made up of 2 one bedroom houses. 3 two bedroom detached houses. 5 four bedroom detached houses. 2 five bedroom detached houses.

Selling times
The average selling time for CM20 property is currently standing at 73 days.
The selling times in Harlow have really started to improve over the last couple of months. We can look deeper at how this figures are made up.
Firstly, flats are taking on average 94 days to sell.
Secondly, terraced property is taking on average 46 days to sell.
Thirdly, semi detached property is taking on average 31 days to sell.
Finally, Detached property is taking on average 121 days to sell.
Basically, we have seen a two month fall in selling times after a four month rise in selling times.
