Conclusion
3 Harlow postcodes fell & 1 postcode saw an increase.
Overall Harlow stands at 55.25% (degrees). That represents a fall of 0.5% (degrees)in the last month. February had a school holiday in it and that tends to slow things down BUT, the national average is 53% (degrees) and therefore Harlow still is above average. However, the trend is still poor and almost certainly down to over pricing property!
