Conclusion
At last we have seen an increase in the amount of property sold in Harlow. Three consecutive falls in sales were starting to look worrying. However, we will have to wait and see if events in the Middle East start to impact on the property market. Mortgage rates increased by 0.25% this week and whilst that is only around £8 per £100,000 of mortgage, future increases might start to make entry level into the property market harder and if it does then that will feed up the property ladder. Fingers crossed that it does not!!
