Conclusion
It is no surprise that the market slowed again over the last month. After all, it slows every year as Christmas eats into the second half of the month.
What has been encouraging this year is that fact that it didn’t slow down that much. The real proof will be when i am writing this blog next month as we would expect to start to see the number of properties sold to rise and the selling times to fall.
