Conclusion
Selling times slowed by 4 days last month and at the same time 32 fewer properties sold in the last 90 days. The slowing down was perhaps not helped by the Bank of England not reducing the base rate as was rumoured and mortgage rates did not fall. It will not be a surprise if things slow up again when we do these figures in Early August.
