Conclusion
Selling times dropped again this month and whilst Jukes Estate Agents Harlow believe the selling times should be at 40 days, it is a step in the right direction. Co owner Geoff Flewers says: “There was less stock available this last month and a slight upturn in the amount of buyers and therefore, it is not that much of a surprise that selling times fell a little.”
He continued: “With the Bank of England under pressure to reduce the base rate again soon and with mortgage rates predicted to fall again soon, I would very much hope that selling times will reduce again”.
