Mar 24 compared to Mar 25 how many Harlow properties are for sale
Having recently produced a blog on Harlow property prices over the last 6 months, Jukes Estate Agents Harlow now look at how many properties are for sale compared with this time last year.
CM17
In March 2024 there were:
59 detached properties for sale.
42 semi detached properties for sale.
29 terraced properties for sale.
42 flats for sale.
In March 2025 there are:
92 detached properties for sale.
47 semi detached properties for sale.
18 terraced properties for sale.
53 flats for sale.
Therefore we had 172 properties for sale in CM17 a year ago & today we have 210. This is a 22% increase in CM17 property at a time when there are only 6% more buyers than a year ago.
CM18
In March 2024 there were:
20 detached properties for sale.
11 semi detached properties for sale.
27 terraced properties for sale.
25 flats for sale.
In March 2025 there are:
18 detached properties for sale.
21 semi detached properties for sale.
28 terraced properties for sale.
18 flats for sale.
Therefore we had 83 properties for sale in CM18 a year ago & today we have 85. This is a 3.6% increase in CM18 property at a time when there are only 6% more buyers than a year ago.
CM19
In March 2024 there were:
29 detached properties for sale.
23 semi detached properties for sale.
20 terraced properties for sale.
15 flats for sale.
In March 2025 there are:
24 detached properties for sale.
15 semi detached properties for sale.
21 terraced properties for sale.
22 flats for sale.
Therefore we had 87 properties for sale in CM19 a year ago & today we have 82. This is a 5.74% decrease in CM19 property at a time when there are only 6% more buyers than a year ago.
CM20
In March 2024 there were:
15 detached properties for sale.
18 semi detached properties for sale.
20 terraced properties for sale.
71 flats for sale.
In March 2025 there are:
14 detached properties for sale.
16 semi detached properties for sale.
19 terraced properties for sale.
50 flats for sale.
Therefore we had 124 properties for sale in CM20 a year ago & today we have 99. This is a 20% decrease in CM20 property at a time when there are only 6% more buyers than a year ago.
Harlow overall
Mar 24 compared to Mar 25 how many Harlow properties are for sale
In March 2024 there were:
123 detached properties for sale.
94 semi detached properties for sale.
96 terraced properties for sale.
153 flats for sale.
In March 2025 there are:
148 detached properties for sale.
99 semi detached properties for sale.
86 terraced properties for sale.
143 flats for sale.
Therefore we had 466 properties for sale in Harlow a year ago & today we have 476. This is a 2.14% increase in Harlow property at a time when there are only 6% more buyers than a year ago.
Conclusion
It is no surprise that the biggest fall in average property prices (CM17) has seen the highest rise in property for sale (+20%). Also the areas with the biggest rise in average property prices (CM19 5 & CM20 1) have seen a reduction in available stock (-8% & -22%).
