Harlow crime rate Violent Crime
Jukes Estate Agents Harlow continue their in depth look at crime rates in Harlow and where it sits in the bigger picture of Essex and surrounding areas.
Sales and Marketing Director Geoff Flewers explains why: “Harlow often gets a bad press and whilst some of it is deserved, some of it definitely is not! We thought we would look at crime rates in Harlow and see how it compares to the rest of Essex & some close by towns. I accept that even one crime is one too many BUT, Harlow in the main does not come out too badly. We will look at various crimes in different blogs”.
Firstly, Anti Social Behaviour was our first blog that was published on 12th February
Secondly, Burglary was done on the same day
Our third blog on 13th February we looked at Criminal Damage & Arson.
On the 15th we looked at Drugs.
The 16th February saw us publish Possession of Weapons.
Robbery came next.
Then on the 22nd February it was Vehicle Theft.
Today it is Violent Crime.
Finally, we will look at All Crimes.

Conclusion
It is important not to lose sight of the fact that the whole purpose of these blogs is NOT to highlight that Harlow does NOT have a crime problem, it is to highlight the fact that is NOT as bad as a lot of Harlow residents think it is. Again, Harlow does not appear in the top 10 Essex hot spots. However, 8 of its 9 postcode sectors are above the national crime rate so work needs to be done!
